McDonough Art Show Goes Transatlantic
A wonderful friend of mine who worked with me at the Peggy Guggenheim, Kaitlin McDonough just launched two transatlantic art shows in New York City and Venice, Italy, Pastorals and By Boat, listed respectively. Both shows are inspired by her experience living in Venice, reflecting moving water and wooden boats. The paintings range from small to larger works on canvas and paper, with a respectable price point from 75 to 600 Euros. She has done an amazing job of creating a collection that brings color and life to a room.
If you are interested in visiting her work in New York City, stop by the Berkeley University Gallery on 3 East 43rd st. If you happen to be in Venice and if you are I expect a call, stop by Club Ponte Storto and that’s if you can find it, which is half the fun. Please visit her site by clicking her name above if you have any interest in her work or would just love to know more about her shows.
Congrats again Kaitlin on a great show.
